Oyo state Governor Engineer Seyi Makinde has been urged to consider competent youths for key positions in his administration and prioritized Youth oriented policy

This was contained in a congratulatory message by Oyo state Youth Parliament signed by its speaker Comrade Adegoke Adesoji

He noted that given utmost priority to youth oriented projects will enhance creativity and productivity among the youths in the state and make them useful for the state and the nation at large.

While congratulating Makinde on his inauguration as the state governor
Adesoji said ” I congratulate you on your successful inauguration as the Governor of our dear Pace Setter state,

The letter reads further that “Your emergence in the historic March 9 Gubernatorial election, has proven beyond measures that “whatever one can dream, one can achieve”. This has taught us that one should not give up on his/her dream, no matter the obstacles.”

“Similarly, your success in the last general election, coupled with the mammoth crowd that witnessed your swearing-in ceremony, has shown that you are truly loved by the people of the state.”

He however pray that God grant him wisdom in the discharge of your constitutional duties
