It added that its Governorship candidate, Mr Akinwale Laosun remains the candidate and best option for the people of the state in the coming election.

Recall that some opposition parties in state formed a coalition to adopt the governorship candidate of another, while still maintaining their separate party structures.

The party said making the clarification became imperative on the heels of some people attaching AAC to the coalition of opposition parties as well as to douse the tension and yearnings of the teeming  party supporters and stakeholders.

Speaking through Laosun, the party noted that it can never be part of any coalition as it is obvious that the parties involved are only interested in their selfish gain at the expense of the masses they claimed to be protecting their interest.

He added that, the ruling class have again with the coalition and alliances have proved that they are only interested in taking power at all cost and not minding the consequence on the people or even cared about them at all.

He urged the people of the state to open their eyes to the reality of selfish and self-centered politicians who would rather work for their personal interest and that of their allies, but camouflaging same in the name of the masses.

The AAC flagbearer enjoined the party supporters in the state to hold on to their firm belief in the party and in his candidature to transform the state in line with the party manifesto, adding that they must mobilise more people to vote and ensure the success of the party, come March 9.
