Former Deputy Governor of Osun State , Senator Iyiola Omisore has obtained the nomination/interest form to contest gubernatorial election on the platform of Social Democratic Party SDP
Omisore who was at the party National Secretariat in Abuja is likely to be the sole candidate of the party
He was the deputy governor of Osun state between 1999-2003 and was elected as a Senator in Aprill 2003
The step will clear air on the rumours that he may returns to the Peoples Democratic Party to support whoever emerges as the party gubernatorial candidate
