National Chairman and former Presidential Candidate of National Action Council (NAC), Dr. Olapade Agoro has given Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Ayodele Fayose hard knock over his incessant criticism of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Agoro, in a signed press release made available to journalists in Ibadan yesterday  condemned Fayose’s latest outburst saying it is nothing less than recklessness.

“To be honest about it all, there is the urgent need for decency and decorum in the political play field of Nigeria if the right, good and decent characters will be expected ready game players in it,” Agoro stated.

According to Dr. Agoro, “the fact that President Muhammadu Buhari is sick and currently undergoing  medical treatment should in the right thinking of a balanced mind not be a matter of evil and wishful politicking by reckless and irresponsible bile duct politicians but rather prayerful and open expression of good wishes to aid the healing process of the  President”.

Agoro’s press release read in part:  “Naturally and as expected democracy is the art of beauty of service portrayal to humanity for the good of all, friends and perceived enemies alike.

“Interesting enough  service to humanity through democratic process does not have room and or allow for discriminative propensity and or of preferential treatment carriage to those one assumingly love alone but must be of the offer of equal treatment to all.

“Also the language of democratic practice anywhere the whole world had ever  been known, seen and ensured fine, decent, robust and beautiful with respect demonstration of colour and value.

“However it hurts to the bone marrow to read and find displayed often more than necessary particularly in the nation’s prime print and published media, throw about reckless abusive words of hate and vituperations by Ayodele Fayose concerning the nations’ respected leaders, the type of language one would normally  expect to find with the Indian hemp smoking motor park and agbero boys.

“The fact that President Muhammadu Buhari is sick and currently undergoing  medical treatment should in the right thinking of a balanced mind not be a matter of evil and wishful politicking by  reckless and irresponsible bile duct politicians but rather prayerful and open expression of good wishes to aid the healing process of the  President.

“If Governor Ayodele Fayose and his likes are so heartless concerning the sick President Buhari, his immediate blood related family particularly his wife Aisha who surely must now be carrying more than her fair share of heavy burden of pains and sorrow on the situates of her husband must be pitied and spared the continuous and daily pounding of  releases of speeches of hate.

“It behoves to say that the way Ayodele Fayose is running loose about  the nation’s political terrain, with engagement of war words on either of the former President Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo, and or President Muhammadu Buhari  his perceived enemies, Nigeria political ring need not look far more for a dirty, useless  and reckless matador than the one we have.

“To be honest about it all there is the urgent need for decency and decorum in the political play field of Nigeria if the right, good and decent characters will be expected ready game players in it.

“Most of those current game players in the field are notable blood hounds that no reasonable characters will like to face or be seen with.”
