Dr. Obire Oghenejodiakpo, a leading 2019 governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Delta State, has congratulated the foremost leader of the party in the State, Olorogun O’tega Emerhor OON on his well-deserved appointment and inauguration as Chairman of the Governing Council of the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Kwara State.

The gubernatorial aspirant also expressed optimism in the ability of Olorogun Emerhor to perform creditably well in justification of the confidence reposed in him by President Muhammadu Buhari, who he thanked immensely for the recognition bestowed on the Delta APC Leader.

Dr. Obire who spoke through the Director of Media and Publicity of the Obire Campaign Organization, Prince Daniel Ekiugbo, shortly after the formal inauguration of Governing Council of Boards, Parastatals, Agencies and Institutions under the Federal Ministry of Health in Abuja, Tuesday, which included the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, UITH Governing Council, described Olorogun O’tega Emerhor OON as one of the most outstanding turnaround experts in the country.

He emphasised that the Evwreni-born business mogul-cum-politician has displayed an exceeding commitment and diligence in all endeavours he is engaged in, adding that his ability to deliver on his current national assignment is never in doubt.

Dr. Obire categorically stated that the decision of President Muhammadu Buhari to settle for the choice of Olorogun O’tega Emerhor OON for the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital Governing Council job at this time was very apt and most appropriate, as according to him the health facility, like very many others across the country, requires expert supervision and close monitoring to raise it’s standards for better performances and delivering on their statutory mandates.
