The Nigerian National League Club Owners and Managers Association has congratulated the Honourable Minister For Sports , Senator John Owan Enoh on his new appointment as the new Helmsman in Nigeria’s Sport Industry .
The Association in a statement signed by its secretary Kunle Oyeleye said they are convinced beyond reasonable doubt that his appointment came as a result of his sterling performances in Politics and humanitarian services as the Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, who represented Cross River Central Senatorial District.
