The Director-General of the Nigeria-China Strategic Partnership (NCSP), Joseph Tegbe, has emphasized the need to balance innovation and risk in the evolving digital landscape, particularly in the realm of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Speaking at the Global Regulator Roundtable on Cybersecurity at the invitation of Huawei Technologies, Tegbe shared insights on cybersecurity trends during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona.
In his presentation, he stressed the importance of flexible and adaptable regulations to keep pace with rapid technological advancements. While advocating for innovation, he underscored the need for robust policies to mitigate emerging risks associated with AI and digital security.
