Former Senate Leader, Senator Teslim Folarin and Hon Segun Dokun Odebunmi,a member of the National Assembly on Tuesday flag of their campaign in Ogo Oluwa local government and Surulere local government.

The event which was attended by mammoth crowd continue on Wednesday in Iresaadu, Surulere local government.

Party leaders including Hon Simeon Oyeleke, Hon Isreal Akinwumi Ogundiran (Master), Alh Bukola Badmus, Chief Wasiu Gbodeniyi Hon Zachaeus Adelabu, Alhaji Bashir Akanbi ,Senatorial chairman Hon Sunday Adewale and Hon Jamal Nageri  ,Hon Akindele and  Exco members  among others were at the event.

Hon Odebunmi who is the Chairman House of Reps Committee on Information, National Orientation Ethics and Value is seeking to return to the House of reps for third term while Senator Folarin is also seeking for reelection to the Red chamber 8 years after he left as Senate Leader.

Speaking at the event ,the APC Chieftains said they are seeking to return to the National Assembly to contribute to the development of their constituency, Oyo state and Nigeria at large.

Odebunmi who was rated by his people as the best House of Reps Member they ever had said ” my achievements are just tip of iceberg, i still have so much to offer my constituents part of which is facilitation of projects that will enhance rural development.”

” To an extent we have been able to make remarkable impacts on the life’s of our people and we are going to do more not only in alleviating the suffering of the people but creating windows opportunities for self development for our youths and support our farmers and market women.”

” There is no doubting the fact  that the APC government under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari meant well for the country and i want to implore you to keep faith with our party and vote for us massively for better development and growth of this Nation.”

In his remark, Senator Teslim Folarin said He will not betray the confidence reposed in him if elected as the Senator for Oyo central Senatorial district

Some of the party chieftains who spoke at the event praised Hon Odebunmi for his contributions at the floor of National Assembly and his constituency and promised to mobilize greatly for the party during election.

 

The Senatorial chairman, Akindele in his remark said “His coning to APC was a blessing to us , we quickly embrace him because we know  he is an asset, responsible politician and an embodiment of humility. He is active in his legislative duties and  bringing dividends of democracy to his people, we are proud of him ‘
