Makinde Promises To Fix Apete-Akufo Road

Oyo state Governor Engineer Oluseyi Makinde has assured residents of Apete- that the road linking Apete- Akufo will be fixed soon

He also said that  work will start on the Akufo farm estate which is captured in the 2020 budget in January next year.

Gov Makinde who was at the Awotan dumpsite today  noted that one of the major challenges of refuse disposal is that access roads to the dumpsites are bad

.
” The road from Apete to the dumpsite, which is about 4 kilometres, will be promptly fixed by Oyo State Road Maintenance Agency. The same road leads to Akufo farm settlement which is in our 2020 Budget to be transformed into a farm estate. Work at Akufo farm estate will commence in January 2020.” He said
