Oyo State Governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, has approved the appointment of Alhaji Rasaq Gbadegesin, a former Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Adebayo Alao-Akala, as a member of the Oyo State Advisory Council.
Also appointed to the Advisory Council is the immediate past Chairman of the Teaching Service Commission, Pastor Akinade Alamu.
In addition, Governor Makinde has reappointed Alhaji Aderibigbe Kamoru Abiodun as Chairman of the Oyo State Civil Service Commission. Others reappointed to the commission include Alhaji Kolajo Isiaq Adewale and Mr. Olutoyin Adedeji Akanmu as full-time members, as well as Chief Ogunjimi Solomon Oluwole as a part-time member.
The governor also approved the appointment of Pastor Taiwo Oluwagbemiro A. and Mr. Oladimeji Oladapo as part-time members of the Civil Service Commission.
The appointments were confirmed in a letter signed by the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi.
Governor Makinde urged all appointees to discharge their duties with unwavering dedication, integrity, and a commitment to the development of Oyo State.
The appointments take immediate effect.
