LG Election: Odidomo Holds Strategic Meeting with PDP Candidates, Disburses Over N10m for Mobilization

In a bid to ensure a successful outing for the Peoples Democratic Party in the forthcoming local government election in Oyo State, Hon. Adedeji Dikrullahi Adedeji (Odidiomo), has disbursed over 10 million naira towards mobilization and strategic planning for the election.

The funds were disbursed to various wards and local government area party supporters and leadersto support the party’s campaign efforts.

Odidiomo, who represents Ibadan North-West/South-West Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has been at the forefront of the party’s campaign efforts in the state.

Speaking during a meeting with party stakeholders, Odidiomo emphasized the importance of the local government election, stating that it is crucial for the party to emerge victorious in order to consolidate its hold on the state.

“We must all work together to ensure that our party emerges victorious in this election.

The local government is the closest tier of government to the people, and it is essential that we have a party that understands the needs of the people at the helm of affairs,” he said.

Odidiomo’s gesture has been hailed by party members, who described it as a demonstration of his commitment to the party’s success.

“Odidiomo has once again shown his dedication to the party’s progress.

His support has boosted our morale, and we are confident that with his backing, we will emerge victorious in the election,” said a party chieftain.

The local government election in Oyo State is scheduled to hold on Saturday, 27th April, 2024 and the PDP determined to win across all the 33 local government areas of the state.
