LAUTECH Governing Council Appoints Prof Mojeed Liasu as  Acting Vice Chancellor

The newly constituted governing council of the institution has appointed Prof. Mojeed O. Liasu as the acting Vice Chancellor of the institution.

This comes following the step-aside order to the ousted Vice-Chancellor of Ladoke Akinola University of Technology – Ogbomoso by the Oyo State Government, Professor Micheal Olufisayo Ologunde.

The development was part of the decicion at the 138th and inaugural meeting of the 10th governing council held on Wednesday at the Council Chamber of the institution’s Senate Building.

In a notice to all staff signed by the school registra, Dr Kayode Ogunleye, The decision was taken inorder not to create vacuum in the system.

Until his appointment, Professor Liasu was the deputy vice Chancellor of the institution. His appointment takes effects from Friday, 16th of April 2021
