Iwo Road Mayhem: Police Parade Three Suspects

Suspects who cause mayhem that claimed death of phone seller in Iwo-Road, Abdul-Rahmon Azeez have have arrested and paraded by police.

The Oyo State Police Command paraded the three suspects for allegedly being involved in the Iwo road incident, which resulted in the deaths of two people.

Recalled that , Abdul-Rahmon Azeez was killed last week during a fracas which ensued between Phone Vendors and Members of PMS

The state’s Commissioner of Police Ngozi Onadeko,while parading the suspect said investigation carried out by the command’s tactical team shows that the suspects were involved in the crisis between the phone vendors and members of the Park Management System (PMS).

She said investigations are still on to bring anyone involved in the killing to book, adding that the recent reports of killings in the state will soon be a thing of the past.

One of the suspects, Omoniyi Elemo who spoke about the incident, said he was attacked by some phone vendors while carrying out his duty.
