As the world commemorates International Women’s Day, the senatorial aspirant for Ogun Central under the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Dr. Talabi described women as pillars of families, communities, and the nation’s development, noting that their sacrifices, strength, and leadership continue to shape society in remarkable ways.

In her message to mark the global celebration, she commended Nigerian women for their courage, determination, and ability to overcome numerous challenges while contributing meaningfully to economic growth, governance, and social development.

She emphasized that International Women’s Day is not only a moment of celebration but also an opportunity to reflect on the progress made toward gender equality and the need to create more opportunities for women to thrive.
