The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Oyo State has commiserate with the Oyo State Traditional Council and Oba Abdul-Ganiy Salaudeen’s immediate family over the passing away of the Aseyin of Iseyin, His Royal Majesty, Oba Abdul-Ganiy Adekunle Salaudeen Ologunebi Ajinese 1, who recently joined his ancestors.
According to the Media Release signed today by the Administrative
Secretary INEC Oyo State, Biodun Onikate-Amosu, he described the late Monarch as a big loss to the State and in particular, the Electoral Management Body (INEC) in Oyo State.
He noted further that the late Kabiyesi was supportive and spearheaded
various Electoral activities of the Commission in the State, especially in
disseminating various sensitization programmes at the grass-root level.
Onikate-Amosu also expresses his condolences to the Oyo State Traditional Council, Oba Salaudeen’s immediate family, Iseyin indigenes and the entire yoruba race praying that, God will grant repose to the soul of the departed Monarch.
