Management of The Polytechnic Ibadan has release the details of the 34th graduation of the citadel of learning schedule to hold between Friday 6th – 13th December 2019

The convocation planning committee headed by the Deputy Rector Mrs Abiodun  Olubamiwa  disclosed this today at a press briefing held at the conference room of the institute

According to Olabunmiwa, the event will start on Friday 6th December with a special prayer at The polytechnic Central mosque and continued on Sunday 8th Dec at The Lord’s Chapel of the Polytechnic Ibadan by 10:00am

Graduation lecture entitled : The Dream, The Challenges  and Reality of contemporary  Nigeria Fresh Graduate to be delivered by  Professor Ayobami  Ojebode, Head of Department, Communication and Language Arts ,University of Ibadan  is slated for Thursday  12th December  at the North Campus  Assembly Hall.

“ The lecture is organized with the intent if broadening the knowledge of all the graduands and to educate them on issues around contemporary Nigeria as it affects fresh graduate. This lecture will serve as a parting advice  for them to be successful in life”. Olabamiwa said

The graduation ceremony will hold on Friday 13th December at the North campus Sports Pavilion, The Polytechnic Ibadan by 10:00am where certificates will be awarded to National Diploma, Higher National Diploma and Postgraduate and full professional will be awarded to graduands in the five faculties of the institutions

Graduands with outstanding performances will be rewarded during the graduation.

Oyo state Governor, Engineer Oluseyi Makinde is expected to lead pack of dignitaries from all walks of life to the event.
