I95 New Cases of COVID-19 Recorded in Nigeria

195 new cases of coronavirus have been recorded in Nigeria

This makes the total number to rise to 3145 and 108 deaths

According to National Council for Diseases Control NCDC, Lagos has 82 cases while Kano recorded 30 cases and Zamfara 19 cases

Others includes 18 in Sokoto,10 in Borno, 9in FCT, 8 in Oyo, 5 in Kebbi
5 inGombe, 4 in Ogun, 3 in Katsina
1in Kaduna and 1in Adamawa

534 patients have been diacharged

Oyo state Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde in a tweet said “The COVID-19 confirmation tests of eight new cases just came back positive from the laboratory, tonight. This increases the number of confirmed cases in Oyo State to fifty two”

He added tht two confirmed COVID-19 patients were discharged from the Infectious Disease Centre (IDC), Olodo after receiving their second negative test results. This brings the number of discharged cases in Oyo State to thirteen.
