The Osi Olubadan of Ibadanland, Senator Rasheed Ladoja has siad that his disagreement over review of Olubadan Chieftaincy law is not personal but for the development and unity of the city.

Ladoja while speaking with journalists in his house on Friday said my target is Olubadan and not to stop at any level.
He also express optimism that the court will do justice on the matter.
” Posterity will judge everyone of us, Ajimoi shoud also remember that by 2019 his picture will be hanged as a former governor so he should do what is right.”
Ladoja  advise that “government should rather concern himself with fulfilling campaign promises rather than  dabbling into issues that will further denigrate the traditional institution.”
The former governor also denied ever tampering with Olubadan chieftaincy law said ” I did not torch Olubadan chieftaincy issue when I was in government, we only resolve issues in places where they have problems.”
“It is quite fortunate that the government of the day have refused to face the reality, it is a pity that Oyo state is now 29th position in WAEC the state where free education started, many interior roads are not in good condition, the government need to be more focus”.
