Group offers free medical services to communities in Ido

Save To Love Missions, a nongovernmental organization in its bid to salvage diverse health related challenges, at the weekend  provided free medical health  care services to residents of Lagbin/Koguo community and its suburbs at Ido Local Government area, Oyo State.

The free healthcare services featured free medical consultations, glasses, also carried out surgical operations and other diseases including high blood pressure, Malaria and routine medical check-up on general wellness of the participants.

The medical outreach which aimed at providing the services to boost the health status of the people of the Community came up on Saturday 9th of December, 2017 had a preceding events of crusade and house to house evangelism that took place on 8th December,2017.

Also,welfare materials like foodstuffs and Insecticidal nets were given to over a hundred families.

Some of the beneficiaries who spoke during the free medical services appreciated the team and specifically lauded and commended the convener of the program for the lofty initiative and passion

While speaking, the Convener of the Outreach, Jomiloju Ajiboye, a final year medical student of the University of Ibadan, and the Immediate Past Public Relations Officer of University of Ibadan Medical Student’s Association, said :

“This is one of the many initiatives lined up to assist the less privileged ” and our aim is to give hope to the downtrodden masses.

She is grateful for the support she got from her family, friends and well-wishes who have their money, time and services to ensure the success of this program.
