FRSC Impounds 630 Vehicles In Oyo Over Traffic Rules Violation

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Oyo State Command, has announced that no more than 630 vehicles have been impounded in the state.

The command revealed that the vehicles were impounded over violation of several traffic rules.

It revealed that the vehicles were impounded between January and November this year.

FRSC Sector Commander in the state, Mr. Joshua Adekanye, disclosed this during an interview with journalists in Ibadan, the state capital.

He also stated that most of the vehicles were impounded for not having driver’s licences and other valid vehicle papers.

He revealed that “a total of 4,005 offenders were apprehended by the command”.
