Former Governor of Yobe State Senator Bukar Abba Ibrahim CON is dead.
He died on Sunday in Saudi Arabia during a protracted illness.
He was aged 75.
Senator Ibrahim, a Quantity Surveyor and foremost Yobe politician who went from being time Governor to a three-time Senator.
He represented Yobe East in the Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Assemblies which culminated in his Chairmanship of the Senate Committee on Ecology and Climate Change
