Dr. John Kayode Fayemi of the All Progressives Congress APC emerges winner of the just concluded gubernatorial election in Ekiti state

Although no official declaration has been made but with the result available at our disposal which was also confirmed by the returning offials , Fayemi is leading with a margin of 19, 345

At the poll he got 197,459 votes while his closes rival , Professor Olusola Eleka of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP scores 178, 114.

Eleka is the deputy governor of the state
