Plenty of lime juice. 4 liters or more.
✅ PREPARATION
Grind all the bitter kola and pour all inside the pot and add all the items together inside the lime orange juice and boil for half an hour.
✅ USAGE
You should always put one full spoon of original honey inside a tea cup of the decoction. Drink it three time a day before food, afternoon. And after meal at night. Take this herb for at least 15 days.. Take a break for 10 days and start again for another 15 days..
