The Economic, Financial and other Crimes Commission (EFCC) has said that it will not be deterred by the activities of the people calling for the scrapping of the anti-graft agency

Some concerned groups of people are protesting against the activities of the agency, calling on the government to “end EFCC“.

The protesters in Ibadan on Thursday staged a protest at the government secretariat.

But the EFCC on its social media page said,
“The mandate of the EFCC is to rid Nigeria of all forms of economic and financial crimes.

“The Abdulrasheed Bawa-led Management of the Commission has vowed to execute this mandate to the letter.”
