The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has approved the nomination of Bauch State Governor Senator Bala Mohammed, and Oyo State Governor, Eng Oluseyi Makinde as members of the Edo state gubernatorial Primary Election Primary Committee
Other members of the committee includes Gov. Bello Mutawallen, Maradaun(Member), Dist. Sen. Lilian Uche Ekwunife(Member),Hon. Solomon Bulus Maren(Secretary)

National Organizing Secretary in a statement said the Committee is mandated to conduct the primary election that will elect the Party’s Flagbearer in Edo State, for the upcoming 2020
Governoship Election in theState.
The exercise is scheduled for Thursday June 25, 2020 in Benin City, Edo State
