Hon Segun Dokun Odebunmi, lawmaker representing Ogo-Oluwa /Surulere Federal constituency at the upper chamber of the National Assembly has called for love, sacrifices and prayer for the growth our our Nation and people around us .
Hon Odebunmi in a statement signed by his media team said Easter marks the epitome of God’s unconditional love for humanity as God himself paid the ultimate price to save humanity.
He however called on christians to emulate the love by offering ourselves living offering service to God & humanity including those we call enemies.
According to him ” In a time like this when the entire world is going through difficulty ocassioned by coronavirus Pandemic all we need is prayer and total compliance with order on the preventive meaaures put in place by the government.
” As the lord jesus christ rise and overpower death so shall Nigeria win the war against coronavirus pandemic and other challenges disturbing her peace and development.
While reiterating his commitment of the advancement of his constituency, Hon Odebunmi who is also the chairman House of Reps Committee on, Information, National Orientation, ethics and values said ” my constituents deserve the best and i will not relent in my efforts to give them through adequate representation at the National assembly and facilitation of projects that will enhance their development.
