The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a new gantry price of ₦699 per litre for Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), offering relief to petrol station owners and dealers across the country.

In a notice addressed to petrol station owners and marketers, the refinery urged operators nationwide to register their stations to benefit from the competitive pricing, which is open to all licensed dealers.

According to the announcement, the offer is available nationwide, with plans underway to commence free direct delivery services to registered stations in the near future.

The refinery also disclosed additional incentives for participating marketers, including a 10-day credit facility backed by a bank guarantee, although a minimum order of 500,000 litres is required to qualify.
Industry watchers say the ₦699 per litre gantry price could significantly impact fuel pump prices and ease supply challenges, especially if the planned direct delivery service takes off as scheduled.
