The Acting General Manager of Crown Football Club of Ogbomoso, Mr. Oyeleye Oyekunle, yesterday evening in an online interview on a top notch Football Watsapp Platform, Family United By Football(FUBF), proudly anchored by the astute sports journalist,former Osun United Media Officer and General Coordinator of Ogunjobi Preseason Tournament, Mr Tunde Samsudeen, reiterated his optimism that the club will in five (5) years time be the face of Nigeria Football Clubs.

The Pioneer Media Officer of the Ajilete Warriors and one time Coordinator of the club in the 2015/2016 football season of the Nigeria National League(NNL) said the club will be a brand that will be reckoned with in terms of sponsorship due to the victories that will be recorded in very few years to come.

“By God’s grace in the next five (5) years, Crown FC will be competing for every shield in this country. We have what it takes to play these competitions. The Club will be a brand, the face of Nigeria Football Clubs and that will attract several sponsorship due to the victories that we will record by God’s grace. That is my vision and dream for the team”, the former Administrative Secretary posited.

Mr Oyeleye Oyekunle, who ascribed his recent rise to the capacity of Acting General Manager as the uncommon grace of God, favour from certain kind individuals and coupled with hard work, dedication, sincerity and utmost selflessness spoke on several pressing issues ranging from the club side to national football issues.

” I love to see professionalism and discipline in any coach I work with. To improve the domestic league in Nigeria we need to return the league to television viewing that can be viewed everywhere around the world. There should be proper training and retraining of our referees, seminars and league sponsorship. The League Management Company is doing very well compare to what we had a decade ago but much still need to be done”, Kuzo as the acting leader is fondly called said.

The experienced administrator who hate backbiting and lives full of controversies did not end the session on the hot seat with FUBF without appreciating the Oyo State Government led by Engineer Seyi Makinde through the Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Asiwaju Seun Fakorede for making the welfare of the team a priority.
