Crown Football Club Ogbomoso has sent a congratulatory message to the Oyo state governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, over his landslide victory at the governorship election Saturday.

Engr. Makinde, it’s recalled, was declared winner after garnering votes while his closest challenger Senator Teslim Folarin became the runner up.

“The feat he achieved at the poll is not a surprise it is on account of his hardwork and deep commitment to the masses.

Governor Makinde recorded landmark achievements in the last four years which eventually paved the way for him to win re-election with a mere wave of hand,” the statement by the Crown FC signed by its general manager, Mr. Kunle Oyeleye, reads.
