The Congress of Nigerian Youth (CONYO) has conferred its National Outstanding Leadership Award of Excellence on Prince Ambassador Olaleye Abiodun Ajibade, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Newrealms Travels.
The honour, presented on 17th November 2025, recognised Ajibade as an “Ambassador of Hope to Nigerian Youth” in acknowledgement of his leadership qualities, contributions to economic development, youth empowerment, and support for less-privileged individuals across the country.
According to the inscription on the award plaque, CONYO commended Ajibade for his “leader acumen, immense contribution to economic development, empowerment to the less privileged, and selfless service to humanity.”
The youth group described him as a shining example of impactful leadership, noting that his dedication to humanitarian causes and community upliftment has inspired many young Nigerians.
Prince Ajibade, whose initiatives through Newrealms Travels have expanded opportunities for youths in travel, business exposure, and international engagement, was celebrated as a role model worthy of national recognition.
The event, marked with commendations and congratulations, further highlighted CONYO’s commitment to honouring individuals who positively influence and transform the Nigerian youth community
