Nigerian Communications Minister Barrister Adebayo Shittu will on Saturday receive Honorary Doctorate of Public Administration at the maiden of the convocation of the West African Union University, Cotonou, Republic of Benin.
The Minister would be given honorary doctorate for his extraordinary contribution in the promotion of education and ICT.
The event will come up on Saturday, 27th January, 2018.
