Coalition Of Youth Groups Endorse Seyi Makinde as Guber Candidate

A coalition of youth groups and voluntary youth organizations in Oyo state has passed a vote of confidence and endorsed the re-election bid of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Engr Seyi Makinde

The group, led by the Convener, Mogaji Olajuwon Subair Adelokun at press conference in Ibadan, the State capital stated that they are ready to work for the re-emergence of Seyi Makinde with all their strengths.

The Youths which comprises of over
79 youths and over 300 voluntary youths organizations said that they have unequivocally decided to support the good governance of the current administration.

“We the newly formed coalition of youths organizations in Oyo State are here to declare our support for the re-election bid of Engr Seyi Makinde. The coalition is an exciting development that brings young people from different background and groups with the common goal to support the current administration in the state”

“We the youths are the once who will shape the direction of the state, it’s therefore essential that the youths are invested into. All youths organizations ranging from young lawmakers, religious and others are involved in the activities of development”

“According to INEC, It was recorded that youths are the most registered voters in Nigeria and they are ready to determine the leadership of Nigeria. The election in the last few weeks has showed how important the youths could be as they are the key characters. Hence, we’ll use all our strength to mobilize people to vote and ensure that the election is peaceful”
