He had on July 31, 2018 been arraigned before the magistrate court ,Iwo- road, presided over by Mr.Taiwo Olaniran ‎on a two courts charge of breaking and stealingÂ

The prosecutor,Mr.Sunday Ogunremi  told the court ‎that the convict on the 29th of July  2017 at about 12:30pm at government house abiding GRA Ibadan, did break into government staff roomÂ

Prosecutor said on the same date ,time and place in the aforementioned Magisterial District did stole one Wrist watch,four shirts,two trouser and EOD Binuocular property of Anit Bomb Section Nigeria police valued at N 535,000.00

Ogunremi said the committed offence contrary to the punishable under Section 411 and 390 (9) of the Criminal Code Cap 38 Vol.II laws of Oyo state of Nigeria, 2000Â
