As part of the move to foster unity in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in Oyo West Local Government area of Oyo State, stakeholders converge at the country home of Omo Oba Babatunde Ologburo to resolve issues and discussed the way forwad

The meeting which was convened on Tuesday by the business mongil and party leaders had in attendance

Executive Chairman of Oyo West, Prince Salam Olukitibi, Chief Ogungbile Ganiyu, Alhaji Isiaka Olujide, Jimoh Rasheed, Atanda R.A, Rafiat Onileola, Daud Temitope, Hon Jelili Alala, Hon Fatai Okunlola, Olorunpoto AbdulRahaman (Assembly candidate).

Others are: Chief Ademola Santos (PDP Southwest Zonal Executive), Babatunde Isiaka, Alhaji Nureni Alade (Vice-Chairman, Oyo West LG), Bashiru Adeyanju, Oseni Atilade, Wahab Oloyo(party chairman), Mumini Azeez, Hon Maroof Atilola (former Speaker, Oyo Assembly), Isiaka Adebayo, Kaola Lawal, Oyeleke Sarafadeen, Muse Abiola, Engr Adegbola T.A, among other party chieftains

Ologburo in is remark, lauded the sterling and unequalled performance of Governor Seyi Makinde adding that his developmental strides in education , health, security, expansion of economy and good road network which Oyo Federal Constituency has benefited immensely from.

He said the party’s stakeholders and leaders have resolved to form formidable partnership that will ensure all the party’s candidates in next year’s elections from presidency to state House of Assembly emerged victorious.

At the end of the closed door meeting, all the party’s leaders and stakeholders unanimously agreed to work together for the success of the party saying that a divided house will not achieve the much desired results
