Hon. Akeem Ademola Ige the Baameto Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland has felicitated with Iba Gani Adams on his birthday anniversary today.
In a birthday message made available to journalists in Ibadan, Hon. Ige said that Iba Gani Adams’ birthday today is not only a celebration of years so far lived but also a testament to his unwavering dedication to the advancement of yoruba race and nation as a whole.
“Over the years, Iba Gani Adams the Generalissimo of yoruba land has been contributing to the shaping of the political and security landscape of the south west region, and by extension the country as a whole.
He has demonstrated unparalleled commitment to the ideals and principles of the omoluabi ethos and this commitment has earned him the respect and admiration of the traditional rulers, government, as well as political stakeholders alike.
Owing to his effort in ensuring security of life and property and in the establishment of the South West Security Network code named (Amotekun), the Oyo state government under Engr. Seyi Makinde appointed him as the Amotekun Ambassador.
It is for this purpose that I, Hon. Akeem Ademola Ige, the Baameto Aare Ona Kakanfo, the immediate past Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Culture and Tourism, former council chairman and lawmaker, join others in honouring the man of the moment and wish him continued success, good health and fulfillment in all his future endeavours.
“May this special day be filled with joy and may the years ahead be marked by even greater achievements and blessings. Happy birthday Iba Gani Adams!”
