Lawmaker representing Oyo North senatorial District at the upper chamber of the National Assembly, Senator Buhari Abdulfatai has commended the elected local governments chairmen in Oyo State for their calmness and display of high level of understanding despite the unfavourable outcome of their efforts in the appellate court.

The All Progressives Congress APC lawmaker in a release issued today and made available to journalists hinted that justice delayed was not justice denied as he expressed optimism that surely they will be victorious if they do not relent in their efforts.

While confirming that the ALGON has taken the right step as a result of approaching the apex court in the country to get justice, the legislator stressed that all efforts must be put in place by the sacked chairmen to pursue their case in the supreme court.

Senator Buhari who is the chairman Senate Committee on Land Transport gave kudos to Members of All Progressives Congress, APC, for displaying good sense of maturity by given peace a chance after the judgement passed last week Wednesday.
