A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Oyo state, Alhaji Ademola Oyepeju has called on the stakeholders in the party not to allow their selfish interest override the concerns for the unity and growth of the party
Oyepeju who is also known as ARA said ‘ it is high time we get things done in a proper, transparent and peaceful manner in the interest of the party and the country at large
In a statement issued and made available to journalists in Ibadan, the Oluyole born businessman and politician maintained that ” a genuine APC members who is deeply interested in the restoration of the back in power will not be engaging in activities that will further polarized the Party.
” One is sad to note that those who are beneffiting immensely are the one trying to destroying the system based on their selfish interest without concern for the youths and the future of the party”
” As one of the vibrant youth of the party, i believe in unity, oneness and progress of the party, we should remain one indivisible entity and as not to allow replica of what happened in 2019 to repeat itself in 2023.
” It is not a bad idea to be ambitious but it should not override the interest of the party which will create the platform for the ambition to be realizes, working against collective interest will further destroy the party we need to be sincere and speak with one voice”
