The Alaafin of Oyo has been described as a colourful and flamboyant King that knows what royalty entails and displayed to its fullest while alive.

Chief Babatunde Ologburo an Oyo born international businessman who said this while lamenting the death of the foremost monarch maintained that his demise is a huge loss

Ologburo who is the Sanmoriadini of Oyoland in a condolence message said ‘ It is sad that the embodiment of culture and traditions left the world at this time.

” Though Baba Alaafin’s death is painful but we take solace in the fact that he lived an impactful life especially in serving God, humanity and promotion of culture and traditions
