Ologburo who is the Sanmoriadini of Oyoland in a condolence message said ‘ It is sad that the embodiment of culture and traditions left the world at this time.
” Though Baba Alaafin’s death is painful but we take solace in the fact that he lived an impactful life especially in serving God, humanity and promotion of culture and traditions
I commiserate with the immediate and extended family of the late monarch, people of Oyo town, Oyo stats and Yoruba race at large.
May God almighty forgive his sins grant him external rest and give us the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
