Akinwale is a business mogul, Educationist, Politician, Philanthropist, Facilitator and ardent Youth rejuvenator who believes in social equality for all.
Wolekanle, as he is popularly called, is a great political enthusiast and illuminator of youth empowerment programmes. He had served in various capacities at different levels to create social re-engineering amongst youths and also imparted the lives of the young and old through philanthropic acts.
It is worthy of note that Akinwale Akinwole Solomon was born and bred in the famous Family of Akinsanmi of Seriki, Osupa in Ogbomosho, Oyo State, Nigeria. He started his early education at the prestigious Osupa Baptist Day School; and attended Adeniran Memorial Grammar School and Ogbomosho High School respectively in flying colours.
As one of the brightest students during his secondary school days with high level of intelligence, discipline, proactiveness and respect for formal education, he further enrolled into the St. Andrew’s College of Education in Oyo State for his Teacher’s Training in his zest and quest to impart lives positively using pedagogical approaches.
Akinwale further spread his educational tentacle by attending the prestigious Lagos State University (LASU) where he had bagged a laudable degree.
His unwavering passion to serve and encourage people at various social strata propelled him to create a football club called Unity Football Club as a way of giving hope to talented youths who desire to pursue their football career. As the Chairman of Unity Football Club, he was down to earth in making sure that all youths aired their views and imbibed the great spirit of sportsmanship through proper co-ordination, orderliness, discipline, finance and moral supports.
Wolekanle is a man of the people; and without any iota of doubt, he had been given the political mandate after winning the primary election under the umbrella of the giant political party – People’s Democratic Party (PDP) – to extend the good works as he is vying for the position of a Senator to help alleviate poverty and empower all and sundry in Oyo North Senatorial District.
Akinwale is an eloquent Speaker, formidable Leader, competent Politician and amiable personality with high level of intelligence. He is very vast in various disciplines and understands the plight of his people through his grass root political networks.
He is indeed an icon of excellence who strives to make the Nigerian society better generally; and Oyo North Senatorial District in particular.
As a devout Christian, he is happily married with children. His love for God and humanity knows no bounds.
