In a significant development within Nigeria’s aviation and corporate communications sector, Dr. Ejike Ndiulo, the respected Spokesman and Head of Corporate Communications at Air Peace, has tendered his resignation and officially exited the airline to pursue what has been described as a “higher calling.”

Air Peace, Nigeria’s foremost airline and the largest carrier in West and Central Africa, confirmed Dr. Ndiulo’s departure following the receipt of his resignation letter, in which he expressed deep gratitude for the growth and development opportunities he received during his tenure.

Although the specific details of his next destination remain undisclosed, credible industry sources suggest that Dr. Ndiulo is set to join a prominent organization that has actively tracked his career progression and offered him a more attractive and fulfilling executive role.

A dynamic and results-driven professional, Dr. Ndiulo brings over 20 years of cross-sector experience in strategic marketing, brand transformation, business development, and media relations. His career spans journalism, international trade relations, banking, export and agribusiness, and wealth management—culminating in his recent leadership role in aviation communications.

His impressive career trajectory includes key roles at ThisDay Newspaper, the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce (DIHK) for West Africa, the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), Fidelity Bank, Optiva Capital Partners, and Air Peace.

Dr. Ndiulo is also a decorated journalist, having won the Nigeria Media Merit Award (NMMA) for Insurance Reporter of the Year and clinching the 1st runner-up position for Financial Reporter of the Year.

Academically fortified, he holds a PhD in Strategic Marketing Management from Babcock University (2024), an MSc in Marketing from the University of Lagos (2006–2007), an MBA in Marketing from Lagos State University, and a BSc in Agricultural Economics and Farm Management from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.

Further strengthening his profile, he is certified in External Relations and Reputation Management from Pan-Atlantic University (2017), and in Hostile Environment and Emergency First Aid Training (HEFAT) by TOR International, UK (2011). He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), and Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON).

In his resignation letter addressed to Human Resources at Air Peace, Dr. Ndiulo wrote:

“I wish to resign my appointment as Head, Corporate Communications at Air Peace Limited. My family and I are grateful for the wonderful opportunities for growth and development that I have had during my time at Air Peace. Your guidance and support have played a crucial role in my professional journey, and I appreciate the trust you placed in me. I wish you and the entire team at Air Peace continued success. Looking forward to maintaining a positive relationship with Air Peace in the future.”

Dr. Ndiulo’s exit marks the end of a transformative era at Air Peace, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the airline’s public image and stakeholder engagement strategy. His next chapter is eagerly anticipated by industry watchers who see in him a leading voice in corporate communication and strategic leadership.
