There seems to be no end in crisis rocking the peoples Demoratic Party Oyo state soon as photos of the another party Secretariat of the party from the faction opposing to Governor Makinde led group surface on the internet on Saturday
The Kunmi mustapha led Party secretariat is located at Molete while that of the opposing group is at Bodija estate in Ibadan.
As at the time of filling this report the factional group are yet to have executive at all level but they are preparing for the forthcoming congress of the party when they will electt executives from ward to state level.
Recalled that leaders of the factional Party members including Engr Femi Babalola, Hon Muraina Ajibola, Hon,Mulikat Akande Adeola, Alhaji Adebisi Olopoeeyan, Barrister Hazeem Gbolarunmi and others met few weeks ago at jogor centre Ibadan where they expressed dissatisfaction with the way and manner governor Makinde is handling the affairs of the party.
Part of their allegations is perceived exclusion from the running of the Party and government by the governor.
But a leader of the party who did not want his name in print said the development is just a part of the desperate move by some aggrieved elements in the party to distabilize Makinde’s government.
” Some of them are being paid by the opposition party to distabilize and destroy their own efforts, if truly they love PDP, they shouldn’t be doing those things, but we are all writing history and i am sure the governor is not fighting anybody and he is making us proud with his numberous achievements and peoples oriented governance style in the state
