The prestigious event, hosted by City People magazine, took place on March 29, 2026, at the Etal Events Centre in Lagos.
Engr. Abduljelyl Adekunle Karheem MCIARB, MCIOB, MCABE, Mogaji Adanla, Chairman and CEO of Afia Group, dedicated this remarkable achievement to HIM Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, Arusa I, the Olubadan of Ibadan Land.
Mogaji Adanla revealed that Oba Ladoja inspired the Afia dream eight years ago, encouraging him to return from London to establish the company in Ibadan.

In addition to his company’s triumph, Mogaji Adanla also accepted a special award on behalf of Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, recognizing him as The Most Real Estate Friendly Governor of the Year.
