Accord Senatorial Candidate, Kolapo Kola-Daisi , Wife Bag Chieftaincy Title In Ido

Kolapo Kola-Daisi, the senatorial candidate of the Accord for Oyo South Senatorial District in the 2023 elections and his wife Bisola Kola Daisi were on Monday honoured with the title of Otun Bobajiroro  and Yeye Otun Bobajiroro of Ido Town by the Onido of Ido land, Oba Gbolagade Muritala Babalola.

The event which was held at the palace of Onido Of Ido was witnessed by all and sundry across the state.

While speaking with the newsmen after the coronation, Kola-Daisi said,“I give thanks to the Almighty for giving me this privilege to witness a day like this. I appreciate God and also appreciate the Onido of Ido for deeming it fit to grant me this honour”

While appreciating the people for their support, he also promised to use his position to improve and develop the community.

He said,“The people of this town will see the benefit of democracy by the special Grace of almighty Allah. I will use the opportunity I have to showcase the two town with my connections in the private sector both home and abroad”

“The title now will push the responsibility in me to make sure people come to this town and further development here. We want to bring industries here, jobs. We want to make sure they have everything that they need”
