Aare Afe Bababola/NBA Annual Football League Starts Nov. 17th

The annual Aare Afe Babalola, Nigeria Bar Association NBA Football competition will kick off on the 17th of November.

The third edition of the competition organized in honour of a prominent legal luminary Chief Afe Babalola SAN will end on friday 9th December 2021.

The event is scheduled to hold at Lummy’s Turf Sport Facilities Challenge area, Ibadan.

Mr. Shina Ogungbade, Deputy Managing Partner, Afe Babalola and co Ibadan while addressing the press said twelve teams will be participating in the five aside competition.

He added that the league which has grown from four teams to twelves participants has increased socialization and bonding amongst lawyers and has deepened the friendship among colleagues in the premier premier bar.

Ogunbade however urge the government to stop  paying lip service to sports development in Nigeria.

Teams that will be participating in the competition includes Lawyers from L O Fagemi and Co, Lasun Sanusi & Co, Afe Babalola & Co, Abike Chambers, Agbaje& Agbaje and Co, Adebayo Gbadamosi & co.

Others includes Crown Solicitors, Adeniyi Akintola &Co, Bamidele Aiku& Co, Olujimi& Akeredolu & Co, Michael Lana& Co, Makanjuola Esan & Co.
