The National Headquarters of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, ‎has harmonised the two faction of the party in Oyo state

Last year, the party had held parallel congresses in the state with Chief Jacob Adetoro and Alhaji Kunmi Mustapha emerging chairmen respectively.

At a meeting held in Abuja to today Ladoja faction  conceded positions like ‎secretary, deputy chairman, ‎youth leader,organising secretary, financial secretary, auditor, assistant publicity secretary, assistant legal adviser, two ex-officios as well as two others to a faction led by Engr Seyi Makinde.

With Makinde in his camp are Sen. Hosea Ayoola Agboola, Hon. Mulikat Akande-Adeola and Barr. Hazeem Gbolarunmi.

‎Insideoyo.com learnt that Agboola, who is a former deputy chief whip of The Nigerian Senate, wrote the national headquarters of party over the parallel executives in Oyo State few days ago.

In the letter, which was written on behalf of the Concerned Stakeholders Forum, entitled ‘Petition against the illegal activities of Emiola Wasiu as the state secretary of the PDP, Oyo State chapter,’ addressed to the Commissioner of Police, Department of State Services, and copied the national chairman of the party, Agboola stated that the national executive of the party is yet to recognise the state executive owing to a parallel congresses held last year.
