Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, has approved the renovation of the Ogbomoso Township Hall located in Oja-Igbo.

Hon. Ogunlade lauded Governor Makinde for his exemplary leadership and commitment to improving the welfare of Oyo State residents. He described the Governor as a leader who listens to the concerns of the people, emphasizing that this quality reflects his dedication to public service and community development in Ogbomoso.
In a statement released by the chairman’s media office, Hon. Ogunlade disclosed that the inspection was carried out alongside Mr. Ahmad, the project engineer and contractor overseeing the renovation.
The chairman noted that the project aims to create a functional community space for Ogbomoso residents, adding that it is a step toward achieving more significant developments in the area.
“As the project progresses, the community will witness significant improvements to the township hall, which is set to become a hub for community activities, social events, and economic development initiatives,” he said.
Residents of Ogbomoso have expressed optimism that the upgraded facility will enhance social and economic opportunities in the town.
