The Oyo State Post-Primary Schools Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) has announced the commencement of the screening exercise, distribution of appointment letters, and documentation for newly recruited teachers across the state.
The process is scheduled to begin on Monday, December 30, 2024.
According to TESCOM, the screening exercise will require newly recruited teachers to present the following documents:
1. Printout of Congratulatory Letter
2. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
3. Evidence of Local Government of Origin
4. Original Certificate Credentials
5. NYSC Certificate, Letter of Exception, or Attestation
6. Change of Name Documents (if applicable)
7. Evidence of Medical Test from a Government Approved Hospital (to be submitted later)
8. Two Recent Passport Photographs
9. Two Office Files with Two Photocopies of All Required Documents
The Commission has stressed that all zonal postings will be handled exclusively by the TESCOM Headquarters, and swapping of zonal postings at the zonal level will not be permitted.
