British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said unfold his plans to convene a meeting of leaders from the Group of Seven nations on Tuesday for “urgent talks on the situation in Afghanistan.”

Members of G7 includes United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and the United States.

Johnson who reveal  the plan in a statement posted on Twitter. said
“I will convene G7 leaders on Tuesday for urgent talks on the situation in Afghanistan. It is vital that the international community works together to ensure safe evacuations, prevent a humanitarian crisis and support the Afghan people to secure the gains of the last 20 years.”

He had few days ago met a few of the Afghan former staff who have been resettled in the UK with their families.

According to him “They worked side-by-side with us and we stood by them and ensured their safety.
We’re working tirelessly to help those in the country to whom we owe a debt of obligation.”
