The Chairman of Ogbomosho United football club, Hon. Akinwale Akinwole popularly known as Wolekanle has advised the people of Ogbomosho, Oyo and Nigerians to be optimistic and remain calm during the pandemic disease period.
Akinwole who is also the chairman of Black Edge Nig. Ltd urged Nigerians to maintain social distance and always clean their hands and avoid torching contaminated materials with bare hands
The former secretary of Ogbomosho North LCDA in a chat with journalist on the pandemic corona virus added that NIgerians should avoid high density gathering for the time being so as to avoid the spread of the disease.
The chairman of A.A luxury suite, Ogbomosho stressed that the people need to take personal hygiene seriously during this period.
According to him, the measures being put in place by government and other relevant authorities are just to check further spread of the deadly disease.
He added, “all we need do is to take personal hygiene seriously and abide by the social restriction order by the government.
“At least, compliance with the ban on high-density gatherings would save us avoidable calamity.
“To avoid the spread of Coronavirus, maintain at least one & half meters distance between yourself and anyone that is sneezing and coughing, wash your hands, before, during and after food preparation, cover your mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue when coughing and maintain a high level of personal hygiene.”
